In this paper,the one hundred thousand grades large air separation compressor unit used in coal chemical industry is studied,for the reasons of high energy consumption and low efficiency,the unit is studied centering on the following five parts: optimization design of rotor system components,study on mechanical model of rotor system,Unbalance response analysis of rotor system,research on stability analysis method of rotor system,torsional vibration analysis of the whole machine.Using SolidWorks software to create a solid model of impeller,take the sector model as the object of analysis,and import it into ANSYS software for stress analysis and modal analysis.Then according to the analysis results and stator parts,we can formulate the optimization scheme for impeller weight removal and determine the number of impeller blades.Three structural models are established for the optimized rotor system,including the actual bolt connection structure,the Mitsui simplified structure and the integrated structure without considering the bolt,taking the position of the flange bolt connection as the center,and the axis of a certain length in both sides taken as the research object.In the Workbench ANSYS software,one end is fixed and the other end is applied to the bending moment in order to obtain the deflection change trend under the influence of the bending moment.The path is defined along the maximum curved surface and the deflection contrast diagram is drawn according to the path in order to indirectly measure the bending stiffness of the three kinds of structure provide a theoretical basis for the follow-up of the dynamic characteristics of the rotor.Establish the dynamic model of rotor system by RBSP2012 software,carry out the unbalanced response analysis of the rotor system through the default excitation application of the program and compare the results of the unbalanced response analysis of several different schemes.According to the calculation formulas of axial compressor cross stiffness based on API617,adjust the corresponding parameters in the calculation formulas,input parameters to the RBSP2012 software and complete the grade I stability analysis of the rotor system.Expected cross coupling stiffness of 8 stage blades in axial flow which is obtain from the grade Instability analysis are taken as hypothetical seal cross stiffness parameters,which are input to the RBSP2012 software for computing the grade II stability of the rotor system.Using RBSP2012 to establish the dynamic model of the whole system and carry out the torsional vibration analysis.
