The uniformity of tobacco quality is an important factor affecting the quality of Flue-cured tobacco.Improving and maintaining the uniformity of the quality of re-cured tobacco to meet the requirements of industrial enterprises is one of the core tasks of quality control in re-cured enterprises.In order to understand the uniformity of quality of flue-cured and reflue-cured leaf tobacco in Liangshan,and to clarify the raw material factors affecting the uniformity of quality of reflue-cured leaf tobacco,this paper analyzed the quality uniformity of original and reflue-cured leaf tobacco in Liangshan,and its relationship with the year of production of raw tobacco(2015,2016 and 2017),the place of birth and the place of origin.In order to find out the direction to improve the quality uniformity of redried tobacco,the relationship between physical characteristics and other factors was discussed.The results are as follows:(1)From the data analysis of the three-year data from 2015 to 2017,the SQH1 of the different batches of cigarettes varies greatly during the same year,while the difference of the overall cigarette SQH1 is relatively small in different years;The stability of the structural uniformity index(SQH1)is increasing year by year.Among the various indexes of leaf structure,the stability of the fragmentation rate is the worst,and the stability of SQH1 may be greatly affected by each year.The stability of the sugar-alkali ratio uniformity index(SQH2)between the upper and lower smoke batches is increasing year by year,while the stability of SQH2 among the middle tobacco batches is the worst in 2016,better in 2015 and 2017,but between the two.The difference is not obvious.The uniformity index(SQH3)of the moisture content of flue-cured tobacco in 2017 is relatively the best,and the uniformity of water content remains stable in 2015 and 2016.(2)The leaf structure,the ratio of sugar to alkali and the uniformity of water content of the upper tobacco smoke were the best.The uniformity of the structure of the tobacco in the middle tobacco sheet and the ratio of sugar to alkali in the lowertobacco sheet and the uniformity of water content were the worst.The stability of SQH1 between the lower batches was the best,and that of the upper ones was the worst;the stability of SQH2 between the upper batches was the best,and that of the lower ones was the worst;the stability of SQH3 between the batches of central smoke was the best,and the upper smoke was the best.Worst.(3)In the three years from 2015 to 2017,among the six planting areas in Liangshan,the tobacco leaf structure,the ratio of sugar to alkali and the uniformity of water content were the best in the areas of Huidong,Huidong and Puge;The best stability of SQH1,SQH2 and SQH3 among batches of flakes were the tobacco leaves from Dechang,Xichang and Puge.(4)There was a significant correlation between the moisture content of the original tobacco,the leaf stalk rate and the uniformity of the structure of the tobacco leaf,and the uniformity of the moisture content of the tobacco.The single leaf weight had a significant effect on the uniformity of the smoke and the sugar.(5)The content of chemical constituents of raw tobacco is closely related to the uniformity of flue-cured tobacco.The content of reducing sugar and total sugar in the original smoke is significantly correlated with the uniformity of flue-leaf structure,and the content of reducing sugar and total sugar in the original smoke is There was a significant correlation between the specificity of the smoke and the sugar content of the flakes,and the chlorine and nicotine content of the original smoke were significantly correlated with the uniformity of the moisture content of the flue-cured tobacco.Through the tobacco leaf cultivation and preparation production technology,the total sugar content and nicotine content of the original tobacco are adjusted to be in the range of 1.8~3.0% and 26.9~39.5%,respectively,which will contribute to the improvement of the uniformity of the flue-cured quality.
