With the rapid development of economy, environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent.Industrial land is the main emission space of urban carbon dioxide, and it is very important to study how to reduce its carbon emissions and improve its efficiency of carbon emissions in order to achieve the goal of low-carbon economy.Based on the relevant researches, this paper makes a comprehensive study on the carbon emission effect of industrial land in 30 provinces(regions,cities)and246 prefecture-level cities in China from three aspects-intensity,influencing factors and efficiency.Firstly, this paper measures the carbon emissions of industrial land in various provinces and cities in 2006-2016 according to the IPCC method, and analyzes the changes in carbon emission intensity and regional differences.Secondly, based on the measurement results, this paper constructs an extended Kaya equation to decompose the industrial land carbon emissions by LMDI,and uses the extended STIRPAT model to analyze the influencing factors. This paper also analyzes the static and dynamic efficiency of carbon emissions from industrial land in different provinces and cities through the method of DEA method and Malmquist index. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions for low-carbon optimization of industrial land carbon emissions according to the conclusions of the above study results. The main conclusions are:(1)The overall performance of industrial land carbon emissions is firstly increased and then stabilized, and the regional differences are obvious. The provinces and cities with higher emissions are mainly located in the eastern and central regions of China, and the average emissions in the central and western regions are higher than those in the eastern regions. The eastern region has relatively high carbon output value.(2)Five factors of energy consumptionstructure, energy consumption intensity, per capita industrial output value, per capita employment number and land use scale, can well explain the changes of carbon emissions of industrial land in 30 provinces(regions and cities)from 2006 to 2016,and there are some differences in the impact intensity of each factor on different provinces and cities.(3)In terms of static efficiency, the relative efficiency of each province and city has been stable over the years, and the relative efficiency between provinces and cities is quite different. The overall efficiency of the eastern economic belt and the Yangtze River economic belt is relatively high.In terms of dynamic efficiency, the overall carbon emission efficiency of each province and city has increased. And the promotion of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the Central Economic Belt is relatively fast.(4)Carbon emission intensity can be reduced by optimizing energy consumption structure, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, and improving the level of intensive utilization of industrial land.It is possible to improve the efficiency of carbon emissions by adapting to local conditions, learning relatively efficient urban development models, strict government supervision, improving the implementation of ecological compensation mechanisms, establishing industrial clusters, and leveraging scale production advantages..Thereby achieving the low-carbon optimal management of industrial land.
