With the improvement of living standards,people’s demands for tea are increasing,and the demand for tea quality is getting higher and higher.China is the world’s leading producer and consumer of tea,with the largest share of green tea and the leading product of tea production and consumption.Killing out green tea(water-removing)is the first step in the initial process of green tea,and it is also the most critical one.It plays a decisive role in the quality of green tea.Therefore,the research on the principle of fixation and the control technology of the fixation system is of great significance.At present,the most common control method for tea water-removing machines in China is to use temperature as an indicator,and to maintain the quality of tea-leaching through constant-temperature control.However,the initial moisture content of fresh leaves fluctuates under different time periods and under different weather conditions,and the tea feed rate Because of the change in each input amount,the constant temperature control under fixed parameters cannot be adjusted due to changes in the external environment,and the conventional PID algorithm that determines the control parameters based on the trial and error method is prone to poor control performance,making the tea killing.Impervious,showing heavy grass,lack of flavor(like peel)and other phenomena,so this control method is difficult to ensure product quality.This paper analyzes the principle of fixation and the working principle of the roller cleaning machine.By fixing the requirements,an embedded system based on MCU is designed,and a stabilization control system based on fuzzy inference and BP neural network PID is designed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyzed the heat transfer process of the fixation system,the principle of tea fixation,and the mechanical structure characteristics and working principle of the tea fixation systemIV adopted in this paper.At the same time,according to the material drying theory,it isdetermined that the tea fixation process is mainly in the constant-velocity drying stage,and on this basis Based on the analysis of heat and mass transfer principles,based on the thermal energy conversion,the theoretical relationship between the power and the leaf rate,the moisture content,the drum temperature,the fixing time,and a series of parameters of the electric drum cleaning machine was determined to guide the help.Establish the range of fixation parameters under different conditions for the fixation system,and combine certain expert experiences to provide corresponding parameter ranges and rules for the fuzzy decision.At the same time,according to the movement characteristics of tea,the allowable range of roll speed is determined and the heat transfer uniformity of the fixing process is ensured.(2)The PID control algorithm,the fuzzy algorithm and the BP neural network PID control algorithm are studied theoretically.On the basis of this,the parameter fuzzy algorithm controller and the temperature control BP neural network PID controller are designed.By using MATLAB / SIMULINK computer software Have carried on the control system simulation to it,has designed the control system hardware and the software.(3)Proposed a control system of tea bar system based on MCU embedded system and intelligent algorithm(fuzzy algorithm and BP neural network)control technology: adopting tea water content rating,variety and leaf throwing rate as input,The temperature control algorithm based on BP neural network PID can be used to further improve the control precision of the temperature of the roller shaving machine and reduce the temperature fluctuation.The adaptive adjustment capability of the neural network can be used to control the temperature of the tea shaker even if the external environment or the environment Larger changes in input,self-adjustment,and sufficient adaptability for different types of drum fixing machine.The overall control scheme improves the intelligentization and automation of the drum cleaning machine and optimizes the fixation process results.(4)The hardware design and software design of the tea fixing control system have been completed.Based on the MCU control system,fuzzy inference and BP neural network PID control algorithm embedded in the control system are implemented.Finally,experiments are conducted to evaluate the fixing effect.The results show that the control based on fuzzy reasoning and BP neural network PID can be very good Adapt to the initial leaf moisture content and leaf rate changes,to meet the actual needs of the project.
