Alkylation of ionic liquids as an environmentally friendly alkylation technology has become a hot research field in the world oil refining industry.The cyclone reactor for alkylation of ionic liquids is a new type of reaction separation integrated equipment for the technical requirements of the alkylation reaction of ionic liquids.In this paper,the numerical simulation and theoretical analysis are used to study the mixing characteristics of the flow field in the cyclone reactor aiming at the internal complex flow field of the cyclone reactor.First of all,the Reynolds Stress Model and the Eulerian Model are adopted to study the two-phase mixing characteristics of cyclone reactor,analyzing the velocity distribution,light phase holdup distribution and light phase holdup deviation isoline distribution,quantitative characterization of the parameters of mixed are presented--effect factor.The results showed that:(1)the cyclone reactor cylindrical section tangential velocity is the "double W" distribution,the axial velocity is divided into upstream flow,WZVV and downward flow,the radial velocity first increases and then decreases with the increase of radius,direction from centripetal to centrifugal cone;tangential velocity is "W" distribution the axial velocity,divided into upward and downward flow,the radial velocity increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the radius,radial direction.(2)the light phase liquid in the cyclone reactor is mainly concentrated in the central area,and the two phase mixing is mainly in the edge region of the mixing section.(3)the distribution of light phase deviation is more complicated than that of light and heavy phase entrance.In the entrance area,the gradient of variation is larger,and the distribution of the phase deviation is relatively large.While in other sections,it is distributed in the shape of circular ring.(4)the mixing factors on the axial cross section of the cyclone reactor showed a trend of decreasing first and then increasing,and reached the minimum value in the boundary region between the cone and the column which works best.Secondly,the influence of different operating parameters and structural parameters on the mixing performance of hydrocyclone was studied.The results showed that:(1)the total traffic entrance Q has great influence on the mixing effect,through the entrance velocity and turbulence intensity affects the mixing effect,mixing with the total flow rate increased first increased and then decreased;(2)The overflow ratio has a weak influence on the mixing effect,mainly through the outlet flow distribution affecting mixing effect,which decreases as the overflow ratio increases;(3)The feedstock ratio has a minor influence on mixing effect,which is affected by changing the entrance flow state.Mixing effect gradually increases with the feedstock ratio increasing;(4)light phase entrance angle changes influences the mixing effect mainly by changing the distribution of velocity field(5)the cone length mainly by the change of cone regional velocity distribution affects the mixing effect,cone length is longer,the better mixing effect.
