With the increasingly strict requirement of the environmental protection,people pay extensive attention to the ionic liquids-alkylation technique which has the advantages of the green and environmental protection and non-poisonous and innocuous.Now the used equipment of the alkylate in the production leads to the time too long and more secondary product.During the recycle of the ionic liquids,the efficiency of two-phase separation is low that results in the waste of the ionic liquids and the reactants.Aiming at these problems,a new device which has the advantages of shorter reaction time?less secondary products?higher separated efficiency and mixture-separation integrationFirstly,the structure parameter of the device is one of the most important factors that has effect on the efficiency.So the experiments optimize machined units with controlling variable method,including the sizes of overflow port diameter blade outlet angle tail length cone-segment length and external tube diameter,and analysis the regular for the separation efficiency-units.For further getting the performance of the device,experiments are taken under different overflow ratios and total inlet flows.Then,numerical simulation is adopted to explore the relation between working conditions and mixing-separation performance which compared with the result of experiments to demonstrate the correctness of the experimental results.Basing on the result to ensure the best working conditions.When the size of overflow port is 14mm,tail angel is 5°,separation efficiency exceeds the change of the pressure drop is reasonable;When the overflow ratios is 40%and the total inlet flows is 5.2m~3/h,the light and weight phase efficiency is best.After analysing all results,the reactor with integrated mixing-separation processes can quickly mix the raw material and the ionic liquid then react,after the reaction,quickly separate products and the ionic liquid to reduce the harmful reaction between different products or products and catalyst.And the entire process of a confined operation not only achieves efficient working of the cyclone reactor,but also avoiding leakage.
