In view of the urgent need of the FCC slurry to remove the solid particles and the present status of the application of FCC slurry purification technology,a new extraction and purification technology of FCC oil slurry is studied.The main contents of this research are two key parts of purification process and separation equipment.Firstly,seven conventional extraction solvents are investigated by orthogonal test in different catalyst oil ratio,sedimentation temperature and settling time,and effective solvent for purifying FCC slurry are screened out;Secondly,taking FCC oil slurry sedimentation rate,solid content,purification oil slurry recovery rate and solvent consumption rate as evaluation criteria,the optimum extraction solvent for the purification of FCC slurry is finally determined;Finally,combined with Zhanjiang FCC slurry processing requirements and based on the selected solvent and corresponding settlement parameters,the inner part of an industrial settling tank for 15t/h treatment of FCC slurry of the main equipment of the purification technology is optimized and designed by CFD software.At the same time,the differences between the simulation results and the experimental results are investigated.The experimental results show that BR,CR and FR are the effective solvents for the purification of FCC slurry,which is selected from seven kinds of conventional solvents,and the BR solvent in these three solvents is the best solvent for the purification of Zhanjiang FCC slurry.Under the condition of using BR solvent,the best settlement parameters: catalyst oil ratio is 1:1,sedimentation temperature is 110?,sedimentation time is 60min;Purification result: the solid content of FCC slurry is reduced from 3115? g/g to 417? g/g,and the removal rate of solid particles is 86.61%,the settling rate of FCC slurry is 5.39%,the solvent consumption rate is 1.99%,and the recovery rate is 93.17%.The numerical simulation results of the settling tank show that the best choice is to select the box type entrance component and orifice plate type rectifying component.Moreover,the settling tank overflow area extraction oil volume fraction is more than 99%,and the solid removal rate of FCC slurry is above 83.3%,the deviation from the experimental results of 86.61% is less than 3.8%.Comprehensive analysis of the results of experimental and numerical simulation of FCC slurry extraction purification technology,the BR solvent can be used to effectively remove the catalyst solid particles in FCC slurry,and purification of slurry can be used in the production of rubber filling oil and carbon black.Moreover,it is feasible to apply the settling tank with reasonable structure design to the FCC slurry purification technology.
