The microemulsion has many excellent properties and can be applied to the treatment of oily sludge. The microemulsion configured with Gemini surfactant exhibits higher surface activity because of its double-stranded structure. In this paper,Gemini type surfactants were used as the object to explore the influence of different factors on Gemini microemulsion, and the preliminary investigation of oil sludge was carried out.It was found that the change of alcohol?or salt?concentration would cause the transformation of WinsorI?WinsorIII?WinsorII;the Optimum Alcohol Concentration, the Alcohol Width, the Optimum Solubilization Parameters?or the Optimum Salt Concentration, the Salt Width, the Optimum Solubilization Parameters?will increase with the increase of surfactant concentration; With the increase of the Equivalent Alkyl Carbon Number of oil phase, the Optimum Salt Concentration, the Salt Width of the system increased, while the Optimum Solubilization Parameters decreased; The order of the effect of monovalent anions on microemulsion phase is:C6H5SO3->I->Br->NO3->Cl-.The solubilization effect of anionic/Gemini surfactants was better than that of nonionic/Gemini surfactants',and the solubilization effect was different under different compounding ratios:in SDBS/NTX-05 microemulsion system, the Optimum Solubilization Parameters reached the maximum when the ratio was 90%,which was 14.3mL/g,compared to a single SDBS or NTX-05 increased by 175%,123%;In the SLS/NTX-05 complex system, the total solubilization of n-octane and water was achieved at 60%and 80%of the complex ratio of 20mL/g;SDS/NTX-05 was 50%,60%%And 80%of the compound ratio of n-octane and water to achieve all the solubilization,20mL/g.The distribution of n-butanol in excess water phase and oil phase was measured by gas chromatography internal standard method, and the optimum solubilization parameters were corrected according to the measured results. It was found that the volume fraction?Aov?of n-butanol in n-hexane,n-heptane and n-octane was between 13%and 15%,while the volume fraction?Aov?in n-dodecane was About 6%;The volume fraction?Awv?of n-butanol in the aqueous phase is about 5%.The corrected SP**is greater than the corrected SP*,while the corrected S**is smaller than the pre-modified S*.The selective solubilization of Gemini microemulsion at different salt concentrations and different surfactant concentrations was investigated by using toluene and n-octane as binary mixed oily phases.By comparing v1s/v2s and v1/v2,The selectivity of salinity and surfactant concentration to the solubilization of toluene and n-octane is not significant. The effects of precursor oil, single Gemini type microemulsion and SDS/Gemini microemulsion on the oil removal rate of oil sludge were investigated. The corresponding oil removal rates were 38.1%,75.8%and 97.5%respectively.The separation of the oil using simulated distillation method found that gasoline composition 49.32%,diesel oil composition7.90%.With the increase in the number of repeated use of microemulsion, degreasing efficiency gradually reduced.
