With the further development of oil field and the continuous extension of the mining cycle,the oil and gas production decreased obviously.The main goal of development is to increase production and keep production stability.As an important method to improve oil recovery,water injection technology has been widely used in oilfields.The key point of successful injection is reliable injection tool,and packer is the most important one.It is significant to improve the sealing performance of the packer and make it adapt to the complex condition of high temperature and high pressure.This subject is commissioned by the North China oil field,in order to study the performance of the packer and the optimization of the structure.Firstly Analyzing the force of packer under setting,injection and flushing three kinds of complex conditions and using the finite element method to analyze the three conditions of the packer force,the packer and the strength of the various components.A new method for the analysis of the whole force of packer is explored.Secondly,the influence factors of the sealing performance of the packer are studied,and the influence of the hardness and the structure of the cylinder on the sealing performance of the packer is analyzed.The structural dimension of the packer is optimized by using the ANSYS structural optimization design module,and a good effect is obtained.The packer would be used in open-hole horizontal section.The diameter in this section would expend to different levels.In view of the existing sealing structure,the sealing performance is analyzed,and the conditions of use and sealing performance of single rubber cylinder,double rubber cylinder and three rubber cylinder are obtained.According to the actual situation of Huabei Oilfield,the three rubber sealing structure is improved,will introduce a new rubber cylinder structure in rubber cylinder,and the new structure analysis of sealing performance,the results show that the sealing performance than a conventional three rubber tube has been greatly improved.Using C# language developed packer simulation and optimization design module,built a parametric model of packer and whole sealing unit,using C# to call ANSYS,simulation development of packer and sealing unit overall optimization design software module.
