Bare Hole Packer Sealing Pressure Resistance Research

Open hole packer is an important part of the horizontal well staged fracturing supportingtools,and its performance directly affects the effect of fracturing operation. Packer sealingtubing will encounter such problems as whether it can use, whether it is reliable in the openhole. So the study of open hole packer sealing pressure resistance has important practicalsignificance and practical value.The research object of this project is topen hole packer, First of all, according to theactual working environment, the coefficient of friction between the packer rubber tubing andopen hole rock can be determined through the experiment; Secondly on the basis of thepacker rubber tubing mechanics analysis,established the finite element analysis model of openhole packer, and develop the open hole packer sealing pressure resistance analysis software.Software is written in VB, friendly interface, easy to use, and calculation to correct. Softwareconsists of three functional modules: Packer setting analysis module; elliptic well analysismodule and structure optimization analysis module.In order to improve the sealing pressure resistance of packer rubber tubing, analysissealing pressure resistance from the material land structure of the packer rubber tubing, andgive some concrete measures in order to improve the packer sealing pressure resistance.
