During the process of oil production,the accidents of pipe leakage and rod breakage are often caused by the eccentric wear of rod and tube,thus affecting the economic benefits of the oil field.While the contact lateral force about the extrusion between the sucker rod and the inner wall of the tubing is the key to the study of eccentric wear prevention.In order to meet the requirements of measuring the lateral force which is caused by the eccentric wear of sucker rod and tubing,.the research group has developed a set of ateral force detector,but there are still many deficiencies.In this paper,the problems of the previous generation of lateral force tester will be improved,and the functions and new technologies will be applied.(1)The working environment and and measurement requirements of lateral force detector are firstly determined,and then analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the previous generation detector.Aiming at the existing problems,the overall improvement plan of the detector is determined,and the contents and direction of the following research and improvement are defined.(2)The wavelet denoising algorithm is selected to study the noise reduction of the original signal.Aiming at the shortcomings of wavelet threshold denoising algorithm,a wavelet denoising algorithm based on improved threshold function is proposed.The experimental results show that the improved wavelet threshold denoising algorithm has good denoising effect and application value.(3)The hardware system of the last generation detector is improved,which includes the measurement method of lateral force,mechanical parts,communication circuit.Improving the principle of mechanical components and the mechanical structure to enhance the accuracy of the detector and the tightness of the instrument.Changing the RS232 interface of the communication circuit to the USB interface and adding the GPRS communication circuit.(4)The software system of the last generation detector is improved.The data acquisition and data communication programs are integrated into the main programs,the uuper computer transmits different instructions to switch to a different function of the lower computer program,and adding GPRS wireless communication and data check programs into the main programs of lower computer.On the Visual Basic development platform,the software of the tester is developed,including the communication interface program,data conversion program,data display and storage program design.(5)The performance of the improved tester is tested,and the experimental results are analyzed.It includes detection component characteristics,sealing,hardware and software functions,filtering denoising characteristics et,al.And exploring the other kinds of force sensors and measuring circuits.By the improvement of the signal processing,hardware system and software system of the last generation detector,the measurement accuracy of the tester is higher,the function is more abundant,and the use is more convenient.
