The Chu 28 fault block of Huabei oilfield has entered the stage of reservoir development,because the development is not reasonable,the effect of water flooding planning is not perfect and other factors,the well performance for the high water cut development benefit of the oilfield is seriously affected.Based on the current development situation,improve the plugging water control technology,it is very significant for the stable and efficient development in old oilfield.Through the review of the domestic and foreign existing comparative advantages and disadvantages of water plugging control technology,and in-depth analysis of the reasons and rules of Chu 28 block reservoir water,inorganic plugging agent and the research found that the chemical water plugging technology is to solve the Chu 28 block produced effective technology liquid with high water content.This paper investigates and compares the existing inorganic plugging agent,and its physicochemical properties were used to evaluate,select the most suitable for the superfine cement Chu 28 block reservoir water plugging with inorganic plugging agent;through in-depth study of the basic properties of superfine cement dispersant,and the use of suspension added retarder technology,screening the most suitable Chu 28 block construction of water blocking with inorganic plugging agent,and through the simulating model test of water blocking construction,and ultimately determine the applicable to the construction site of the inorganic plugging agent: water cement ratio(mass ratio)1:0.8-1:1.2,suspension dispersant XFJ-1 concentration from 0.1% to 0.3%,the concentration of HNJ-2 0.5% retarder-1.5%.The main performance of the plugging agent is: Adapt to temperature 60 ? to 110 ?;The initial setting time is 3 hour to 10 hour,which can meet the requirement of 1000 to 3000 meters' water shut off construction;Superfine cement particle size is small,can enter the deep layer of the formation of the solidified body,high strength,strong sealing ability;The plugging rate of porous core can reach more than 90%.Through the optimization of site construction and site closure experiments,the results showed that the use of superfine cement plugging water can effectively target fault block reservoir,the average precipitation rate of more than 50%,while the superfine cement with cement retainer combination,can effectively reduce the blocking agent,to achieve the desired purpose.
