In the chemical production of piston compressor still has a very wide range of applications,as a gas of power transmission plays a very important role.However,due to the working characteristics of the piston compressor,the use of the piston type compressor,often to connect the pipeline to bring huge vibration.Pipeline vibration not only to control the pipeline on the instrument and gas valve damage,but also led to a decline in the efficiency of the compressor,while the safety of production is also a huge threat.Even strong pipeline vibration can bring serious harm: leakage and explosion.The research on the vibration control of the reciprocating compressor pipeline has important theoretical and practical significance.The actual research for a company in the compressed nitrogen pipe system,based on the plane wave theory,the natural frequency and pressure pulsation in pipeline flow calculation formula is simple,the ideas and methods are given for the calculation of natural frequency of complex pipe flow through theoretical analysis,natural frequency of mechanical vibration based on the actual production of an experimental design the method to obtain the pipeline system.Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of pipeline vibration of the nitrogen gas system,the main reason of the vibration of the pipeline is analyzed.Finally,some vibration control methods are given,such as the elimination of airflow pulsation in the design of piping system,the setting of the buffer tank,the setting of the filter,and the increase of the pipe support and so on.And in the actual production,the use of inspection and repair opportunities for transformation,and achieved good results,greatly reducing the vibration of the pipeline,to ensure the safety and stability of the production.This paper starting from the actual production,combined with the theoretical calculation,practice,experience,for research on vibration of piston compressor pipeline and the further development of our suppression.
