In some blocks of Yu Shulin Oilfield,the scaling phenomenon is very obvious,and the scaling has a greater impact on equipment and processes.The scale of the water injection process is serious,which causes the diameter of the flow pipeline to become small or even blocked,the difficulty of opening and closing some control valves,and the failure of automatic adjustment equipment,which seriously affects daily mining.Based on these problems,there is an urgent need to deal with the scaling phenomenon of the water injection system.Based on the water quality problems of Yushulin Oilfield Water Station and Sewage Treatment Station,the paper carried out scaling experiments and scale inhibitor evaluation experiments.In order to understand the water scaling law,the water quality stations and sewage treatment stations in different blocks of Yushulin Oilfield were tested and observed.The main scale-influencing factors such as scale-forming ions,p H value and so on.At the same time,Scale Chem 4.0 prediction software is used to predict the type and scale of scale that may be formed under different temperature and pressure conditions.In order to optimize the scale inhibitors suitable for different stations,it is necessary to conduct performance evaluation experiments on the scale inhibitors,to evaluate the scale inhibition effect of the scale inhibitors under the two temperature conditions,to screen out the scale inhibitors suitable for the temperature,and then make The scale test matches the scale inhibitors suitable for different stations.The experimental research results show that the water field has high mineralization,and the main components of scale produced are calcium carbonate-containing scales and a small amount of sulfate scales.The scaling rule is predicted to be the scale formation amount with increasing temperature.Increase,decrease with increasing pressure.The performance evaluation experiment of the scale inhibitor was carried out on the generated calcium carbonate scale,and the ZH-01 type corrosion and scale inhibitor suitable for oil field at 70? was obtained.The scale inhibition effect was the best when the dosage concentration was 20mg/L.Most of the scale inhibitors are invalid under the condition of ?,the G-3-30 and G-4 type corrosion and scale inhibitors have the best effect under the condition of increasing the dosing concentration,and the G-3-30 type corrosion and scale inhibitors are added in The effect is best when the drug concentration is 70 mg/L,and the G-4 type corrosion and scale inhibitor is best when the drug concentration is 60 mg/L.
