An underground through the coMPany turns the soil type research analysis of oil depot,the oil storage capacity of 100000 square,all for the tank turns the soil type,design and construction,1967,1971,oil jars of the chamber wall USES the masonry structure,due to vault adopts reinforced concrete shell structure,the upper part of overlying soil,has now run normally 45 years,close to the building design use fixed number of year.To build a 100000 terminal to spend a lot of manpower,financial and material resources,strengthen the uncertainty should continue to use.This article will cover soil tank palisade structure as the research object,to evaluate its structural strength safety.The author,with the underground soil type oil depot six storage tank inside the room as the research object,USES the practical survey method and finite element analysis software two ways respectively for oil jars of chamber structure strength safety is evaluated.First of all,using the techniques of detection of springback existing storage tank test chamber structures,according to the pot room masonry walls,reinforced concrete arch,ring beam and other parts of the test results it is concluded that the strength of the existing structure after revised estimate value.Second,the practical identification method according to the strength of the estimate value coMPared with the existing design specifications,determine whether conform to the requirements of the existing specifications,which appraisal results are obtained.Again,the finite element analysis software on the strength of various kinds of material estimate value to calculate the strength of materials design value,the parameters such as elastic modulus,the finite element software Midas Gen finite element model is established.Simulation using state loading force structure.Through the simulation,according to the existing material mechanical properties and stress distribution of contrast,whether the existing structural system meet the requirements of normal use.Finally,by coMParing the practical identification method and the appraisal result of finite element software analysis,judge strength of masonry structure based on the finite element analysis the feasibility of safety analysis.The research results show that the existing tank palisade structure safety,can continue to normal use;The finite element analysis method can be applied to safety evaluation of the strength of the masonry structure.
