In recent years,the state-owned Petroleum Enterprise Ideological and political work is constantly changing with the development and progress of the world energy pattern and the international economy.The ideological and political work of petroleum enterprises are facing many challenges.The X Factory of XX Oilfield is the largest oil production unit of the XX Oilfield Company.It has been fifty-six years of mining history and has more than 3000 employees,with an annual output of about 2 million tons of crude oil as of 2016.The yield and efficiency in the top of the basic units of XX Oilfield Company.At present,it has 5 full-time administrative department and administrative personnel 145 people.Either from the organization or personnel from the scale point of view the two production plant of the political work team in petroleum enterprises and state-owned enterprises is a typical representative.However,compared with the development and change of the situation.The construction of enterprise political work team needs to be further strengthened,especially the quality of political work team needs further improvement.Therefore,strengthening the construction of the political work team has become an urgent and thorny problem for petroleum enterprises.This paper makes a study on the construction of the political work team of the X Factory of XX Oilfield,which is mainly carried out from the following seven chapters: First of all,the basic overview of the ideological and political work of state-owned enterprises,state-owned enterprise administrative team and related theories.Secondly it makes an investigation and analysis of the two production plant administrative team.From the three aspects of team total staff,team structure,organization structure of the two production plant administrative team has the characteristics of talent shortage,distribution all,quality is not high;Once again pointed out the main problem of the current political work team constructionenterprises are the actual pay enough attention and the growth channel is not smooth,the continuing education and training is not enough,evaluation mechanism is not perfect.Mainly by the influence and restriction of business philosophy,benefit the impact of diversified thoughts,political work team of self-cultivation of relaxation,the unique natural environment and other factors of Xinjiang’s.Then summed up the experience of the domestic advanced oil production plant construction;Finally,from the enhanced understanding,setting goals,improve political institutions and personnel allocation,enhance the development of space,improve the assessment mechanism,strengthening the construction of quality measures to comprehensively strengthen the team construction of political work.The ideological and political work more effectively carry out oil company,which to lay a strong ideological and political foundation for the sustained and stable development.
