As an important foundation of China's economic construction,the political color and economic volume of state-owned enterprises make them break through difficulties in the market competition and make great progress.In the new era,new requirements and new positioning,the Communist Youth League is a political and non-profit sector in state-owned enterprises.The original intention of this paper is to study how the Communist Youth League can adapt to the needs of enterprises in the current of reform and innovation,clarify goals,find the right direction,contribute positive power to enterprises,and at the same time complete the reproduction of its own value.The demand for talents and the rational use of human resources faced by state-owned enterprises will be discussed in this paper from a novel perspective,with the role of the Communist Youth League.By investigating the work of Jiangxi Copper Communist Youth League in the construction of enterprise human resources,the characteristics and demands of contemporary youth human resources are found out.Through close to the reality,this paper discusses the cultivation of young talents in enterprises,analyzes the value and significance of youth work,and achieves the goal of polishing the brand work of the CYL and developing the human resources of young people in enterprises.The joint efforts of the human resources department and the Communist Youth League will be generated to improve the job satisfaction and employee happiness of the enterprise,gather the youth and make contributions to the construction of the soft power of the enterprise culture.This paper in the state-owned enterprise human resources construction requirements and importance of the analysis of the characteristics and advantages of the Communist Youth League,difficulties and challenges,to find the role of the organization of the Communist Youth League.By means of example demonstration and questionnaire survey,this paper points out the deficiencies of the work of the Communist Youth League in the human resources construction of enterprises,and summarizes the suggestions on strengthening the role of the Communist Youth League in the human resources construction of state-owned enterprises.Combining the six modules of human resources,the organization function of the Communist Youth League is highlighted.At the same time of gathering young talents,achieving the long-term sustainable construction goal of enterprise human resources is of reference significance for promoting the innovation transformation and high-quality leapfrog development of state-owned enterprises.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper understands the thoughts and doubts of the young people,what they need and hope,and finds out the shortcomings and optimization direction of the work of the CYL.Through the demonstration and analysis,we conclude that the Communist Youth League has a great role to play in the construction of human resources of state-owned enterprises.The Communist Youth League should be closer to and serve young people,strengthen vocational guidance and professional training,raise their ideological and ethical standards,improve their work style,and increase innovation in their work,so as to truly achieve the goal of helping young people grow up and become talents.
