Research On The Material Procurement Management Of Xinjiang Oilfield Company

Xinjiang Oilfield is the first oil field developed and constructed after the founding of New China,with the annual production capacity of more than 10 million tons since 2008.The success can not be achieved without the hard work of Oilfield Materials System.Yet,the cost management of Xinjiang Oilfield had encountered tremendous obstacles due to rather large of Xinjiang Oilfield Materials System,relative old method of procurement management,aging of purchasing organization structure,and inflexible of management system.Therefore,it is very important for Xinjiang Oilfield to reduce the material procurement costs and improve the availability efficiency of the materials by analyzing the material procurement management and strengthening the study on material procurement management.In this paper,first,it introduced the research background,purpose and significance of the research,summarized the research status at home and abroad on the purchasing management;second,it summarized the related theories such as the theory of purchasing,the theory of supply chain management,and the theory of process improvement,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research below;third,it introduced the current status of materials procurement and management in Xinjiang Oilfield,and analyzed the existing problems in management such as organization mechanism,procurement pricing,procurement process,supplier management,and inventory management;the paper shall put forward the improvement plan for the corresponding problem by using the relevant theory;finally,to develop implementation recommendations for improved program according to the actual situation of Xinjiang Oilfield.The research in this paper can make the materials procurement management to be more scientific and reasonable,so as to achieve the purposes of safety production,cost reduction and efficiency increasing,at the same time,to provide decision-making and reference for Xinjiang Oilfield to further enhance the level of materials procurement and materials management;in addition,the research results of this paper have a certain reference value for guiding the materials procurement management of other similar oilfield enterprises.
