Abstract/Summary:
In the fracturing wells or the formation of sand wells produced by the natural gas,the general will carry a lot of sand,and these high-speed flow of sand will give the ground gas collection system caused great harm,or even serious security incidents.In view of this situation,combined with the special conditions of the field field,this paper designed 70 Mpa swirling filter natural gas desander.The desanding device uses two desander tanks in parallel,that is,one job,another spare.In the desander cylinder is installed inside the filter tube,the inlet pipe tangential into the cylinder,the inlet line and the outlet line on both sides of the cylinder layout,and the inlet line of the inlet position is lower than the outlet line outlet position.The principle of its sand removal work: gas tangential into the desander after the cylinder,on the one hand through the centrifugal force generated by the swirl of sand to settle,on the other hand is through the filter tube filter,the sand block in the filter tube,And then sand particles fall into the sand mouth,through the two aspects of the effect of superimposed de-sand,to complete the entire de-sand process.The main structure of the desander also includes: lifting device,frame,backwashing system,high pressure level gauge,alarm system.After determining the complete scheme,the key components of the desander are calculated and designed in detail.The finite element analysis software is used to check the strength of the load and load-bearing structure to ensure the normal operation of the device.The velocity distribution image and the pressure distribution image are obtained by numerical simulation of the internal flow field of the sluice cylinder by using the fluid analysis software,and the image is analyzed in detail.Finally,according to the drawings drawn to complete the machine assembly,summed up the specific problems in the specific assembly process and timely solutions to be addressed.Through the indoor water pressure test,the test of the pressure capacity of the prototype can fully meet the normal work needs.The preparation of operational norms,and the daily maintenance of the desander and safety issues made a detailed description.
