With the rapid development of industry of modern technology, in the modern productdesign the digital product design technology are synchronized, make the more and more re-quirements of multidisciplinary collaborative of innovation and product development,andscale and complexity of products gradually increased, more and more multi field and coup-ling, especially in a complex heterogeneous system is difficult to directly analysis, makesthe product development and technology innovation encountered development bottleneck.Multidisciplinary collaborative simulation can take full advantage of the interaction ofthe synergistic effect between different areas, have solved interdisciplinary simulation rese-arch act of one’s own free will problem, it is an effective method for the design of complexproduct. Thus, in this paper, for bag filter digital prototype design and test of multidiscipli-nary collaborative requirements, proposes a collaborative simulation technology of compl-ex product based on digital prototype, quest for bag filter digital test prototype numericalsimulation problem of multi domain performance, to improve product performance, shortenthe product development cycle, reduce development cost is of great significance.The related subject of "bag filter digital prototype test verification platform researchand development" was supported by the scientific research foundation of Sinoma, the mainresearch work includes:Firstly, the research of modern product design and digital prototype technology as thefoundation, proposes the collaborative simulation method of multidiscipline digital proto-type, according to the product intelligent, integrated demand, at present the multilevel opti-mization method and numerical exploratory optimization algorithm are analyzed, combin-ing the two factors, given the complex product collaborative optimization process.Secondly, in research of the digital prototype multiple domain coupling collaborativesimulation technology, put forward the multi field coupling solving technology, frameworkand flow distribution analysis technology, heterogeneous test system coupling simulationanalysis technology, the collaborative simulation technology, and conducts the study to its.According to multi domain coupled requirements of the complex product, implementationis given in this article multi domain coupling simulation, laid the theoretical foundation forthe study on the characteristics of the product. On this basis, from the view of consumers requirement, aiming at the safe and workperformance of the bag filter products and collaborative simulation requirements, given themultidisciplinary simulation scheme and process. Development of multidisciplinary collab-orative simulation optimization framework based on the ISIGHT software, and successfullyintegrated with framework flow and other software. The bag filter innovation series produ-cts as an example, take advantage of the design optimization framework validates the feasi-bility of multi discipline collaborative simulation, offers a new design ideas for the designof the modern industrial product design.
