Research On Operation State And Benefit Evaluation Of Baowu's Financial Sharing

With the rapid development of information platforms,processing and application technologies such as the Internet,big data,and cloud services,enterprises 'requirements for timely,systematic,and standard decision-making information are increasingly high.In this context,the traditional financial management model can not meet the needs of modern enterprise management.It is a necessary prerequisite for the healthy development of enterprises to create a suitable financial management model.Therefore,the financial sharing center,a new financial management model oriented by customer needs and aimed at the standardization of repetitive business,came into being.It can not only significantly reduce operating costs,strengthen Capital Management,strengthen member control and develop core business,but also optimize the allocation of resources,avoid enterprise risks and comprehensively improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Rebuild the value based on the traditional financial management value.This research report is based on Bao Wu,using the theory of matching theory and business process reengineering and other theories and combination evaluation models(BAF:BSC?AHP and Fuzzy),based on the in-depth analysis of the operation mechanism and economic benefit evaluation of the financial sharing center,it is found that Baowuexists:lack of data mining system,limited capital control and other three operational mechanisms;four dimensions of economic benefits such as inadequate service management system and business completion efficiency need to be improved.It also put forward relevant suggestions such as developing FIU-Miner platform,realizing the direct connection of silver enterprises,formulating service level agreements,and increasing technology investment integration information system,so as to facilitate the better development of Baowu's financial sharing center in the future.
