Research On Construction Of Financial Sharing Center Of Pingzhuang Coal Group Company

With the number of subsidiaries of large companies and multinational corporations around the worldincreasing,each subsidiary must set up financial institutions,which leads to a gradual increase in the cost of financial management.The financial management and control of group companies are becoming increasingly difficult and the utilization rate of funds is low.The standardization and implementation of financial services are also not satisfactory.At this time,the financial sharing center has achieved good development in the world and gradually matured in China.The operation mode of the financial sharing service center is to consolidate some simple,repeated,and low-value-added operations of various business units into the financial sharing service center.Processes to achieve effective separation of financial accounting and management accounting.This can not only achieve economies of scale,reduce operating costs,but also facilitate internal control,while also avoiding the organization's duplicate settings.How to combine the actual situation of the Pingzhuang Coal Group Company and construct the financial sharing center is the main issue of this paper.In response to this problem,this paper adopts normative theory analysis method,SWOT analysis method,case analysis method,etc.,proposes the necessity and feasibility of constructing a financial sharing center,and studies the method of constructing a financial sharing center,including the construction of the framework design and shared content for analysis,standardization,and process reengineering.The research in this paper is not limited to theoretical research,but is more integrated with the case.This combination of theory and practice makes this study not only have theoretical value,but also have greater practical value and practical significance.This is an innovation of this researchpoint.
