In the 21 st century,the rapid development of IT technologies such as the Internet and cloud computing has made accounting organizations and processes more and more intelligent.The Internet of Things has brought innovation to the organization and reengineered the process of big data,and proposed the implementation of the financial sharing operation model to integrate the accounting information.Under the sharing model,the efficiency of financial work has been improved,but the financial sharing center that handles big data also has many urgent new problems in management and operation.This paper uses the financial sharing center of China National Petroleum Corporation(hereinafter referred to as ZSY Group)as an example,using a combination of theory and practice to analyze the financial sharing situation in the context of big data,and discuss the problems and countermeasures of the financial sharing operating model.First,introduce the concepts,viewpoints,and ideals of the financial shared service model,and reveal the theoretical basis of the model.Secondly,it elaborated the challenges that enterprises might face when implementing financial sharing services.According to the actual situation,the status of ZSY Group's financial shared service center is expressed and analyzed.It is found that there is a lack of balance in accounting in operation,weakening of accounting supervision functions,large operating costs,low information integration,financial information risks,organizational structure design and goals The problems of imperfect positioning and mechanization of accounting are not conducive to personnel development and imperfect performance evaluation.Deeply explore the various problems existing in this model,and make it possible to make better use of information technology,based on financial activities,standardize processes,optimize organizational structure,and improve efficiency,so as to better create and achieve greater size for CNPC Commercial value and social value,in this process,introduce the principles and construction goals that ZSY Group's financial sharing operation should follow,focus on the analysis of the eight main problems that have emerged,and give effective suggestions respectively,and adopt the accounting process standardization,Accounting and supervision functions,strengthening cost and budget management,improving data analysis capabilities,improving risk assessment systems,improving organizational structure design and target positioning,internal rotation optimization of human resources,and establishing comprehensive performance evaluation measures for enterprises Development provides a variety of ideas,and for further analysis of the shared service center,put forward the issues that should be noted.Finally,in the context of the era of financial big data,the future development trends are prospected.ZSY Group Financial Sharing Center aims to build a world-class demonstration enterprise.In the past two years,under the correct leadership of the group company,it has completed phased work well,created a young team with strong business capabilities,and has a foundation for information processing technology.Support with an independent operating system.It is hoped that the analysis in this article can provide a reference for the construction of corporate financial shared service centers.The group companies work together to overcome operational problems and continue to improve operational problem management and other mechanisms,moving towards the direction of building a world-class intelligent global shared service system.At the same time,I hope to give other enterprises some reference significance,so as to improve the operating efficiency of enterprises.
