Nitrones are extremely important compounds that have wide range of applications in chemical synthesis as organic intermediates to construct heterocyclic compounds,as therapeutic agents and biorthogonal labeling agents.Cyclic nitrones enjoy similar priorities as synthetic intermediates,important spin trapping reagent,bioorthogonal coupling reagent et.al.The syntheses of cyclic nitrones generally rely on stoichiometric conversion,while catalytic methods are scarce.The paper is mainly divided into two parts.In the first part,the preface,the important uses and synthetic methods of nitrone and piperazine compounds are summarized,with an emphasis on the importance and value of piperazine compounds.In the second part,the main text,we delineated the palladium(?)-catalyzed Cope–type hydroamination of N-heterocycle and benzene tethered vinyl oximes to synthesize benzo-and N-hetero fused bi-and tricyclic nitrones under mild conditions.
