The evolution of human civilization can be regarded as the evolution history of energy.With the continuous development of science and technology,the demand for energy will continue to grow.At present,the energy supply of mankind is mainly dependent on fossil fuels.Fossil fuels that become the first choice of energy in the process of economic development because of highly accessible,low price and high calorific value.But it also brings unavoidable air pollution problems.COx,SOx,NOx and soot will be produced in the process of burning fossil fuels.If these pollutions was not treated environmentally,it will cause air pollution.How to effectively monitor air quality has become an urgent problem to be solved.The air quality measurement equipment is huge and expensive in the past,which is not suitable for multi-network,positioning and realtime measurement.How to accurately,rapidly and real-time monitor key air pollution enterprises has become an urgent problem to be solved.With the development of sensors,wireless communication and Internet of Things technology,more and more intelligent hardware has been designed to interconnect all things and been applied to all walks of life.The multi-functional air quality monitoring system has been designed in this paper.It can be meet the newly complex requirements of air quality monitoring from current market and environmental supervision departments.The system uses STM32F103RCT6 as the main control chip to realize the acquisition and processing of the collected data.The chip can also control the corresponding module.The concentration of SO2 in air was monitored by using 3MST/F sulfur disulfide sensor.The concentration information of PM2.5 and PM10 in air was collected by laser dust sensor.The WiFi module is used to send the data collected by the device end to the cloud platform.The cloud platform can also control the device end by sending instructions.The MC20 module can use GPS positioning system to obtain the location information of the device,realize the fixed-point measurement function of the device,and also support sending alarm messages to users by the GSM part.Temperature and humidity sensor of SHT25 is used to monitor ambient temperature and relative humidity.The system is powered by 220 V AC to 12 V DC power,which meet system requirements of power supply.It can also be powered by lithium battery charging circuit to meet the needs of portable version.All collected datas can be displayed in real-time through OLED screen,mobile APP and cloud platform,which is convenient for users to view and control.This paper completed the market demand survey,overall program design,detailed design of software and hardware,and debugging and testing of the entire system.Compared with the common air quality monitoring system,the monitoring system designed in this paper has more functions,such as miniaturization,remote monitoring,threshold alarm,convenient carrying,etc.It is convenient to carry for on-site application and also be fixedly installed according to actual needs.It reduce the cost of manpower monitoring,and achieve all-weather and multipoint monitoring.The system provides the possibility to meet the new requirements for air quality monitoring,and has a clear market value and broad application prospects.
