Coal energy still occupies the main position in the energy composition of China.The state has launched a series of strategic policies for the efficient utilization of coal resources,which promotes the structural adjustment of the transformation of coal industry capacity and energy reuse.Coal mine has invested a lot of power in the construction of intelligent mine,which provides a rapid development opportunity for the construction of basic automation.The maturity and stability of Internet of things technology has laid the foundation of application in coal mines,changed the traditional face of coal mine automation,and marked the real integration of big data platform period in China's coal industry.Coal mine has built a variety of automatic centralized control subsystems.The subsystem construction is different equipment of different manufacturers and different models.They are independently built and maintained.The accumulated time has led to the difficulty of maintenance in the later period and the low efficiency of resource utilization,which brings more and more heavy burden to the coal mine management.The construction of subsystems is completed independently.There is a serious difference between the real-time data processing method and the historical data storage method,which brings problems to the data integration of coal mine and the collection of big data platform,and brings new challenges to the coal mine safety production scheduling management.Based on the above problems,this thesis studies the centralized control system of coal mine cloud platform,and the main research work is as follows:(1)In depth study of coal mine automation centralized control system development,analysis of coal mine centralized control system problems and solutions to this problem.(2)This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Internet of things technology and cloud platform technology,studies the needs of coal mine cloud platform monitoring system,and puts forward the application prospect of Internet of things technology in the field of coal mine automation centralized control.(3)According to the status of coal mine automation centralized control system,this thesis analyzes the upgrading requirements of the current automation system,applies the technology of Internet of things and cloud platform to the coal mine centralized control system,and studies the design scheme of coal mine cloud platform centralized control system.(4)Aiming at the problems of integration and data sharing in the coal mine automation centralized control system,a display platform on the application level is designed.Relying on the integrated standard data interface,the collected data is uploaded to the cloud platform,and the centralized control system platform of the coal mine cloud platform is built,which can truly realize data sharing and data mining for the coal mine monitoring data,and provide the basis for data security and cloud computing.In this thesis,the centralized control system of coal mine cloud platform has been used in practice.The actual operation proves that the construction of coal mine cloud platform can effectively reduce the integration difficulty of coal mine subsystem.Realize the convenience and real-time of data centralized maintenance,sharing and management.It improves the reliability and stability of the automation system operation,provides effective technical support for coal mine managers and managers to provide production scheduling,equipment maintenance and effective utilization of resources,and lays a solid foundation for the construction of coal mine cloud platform and cloud computing.There are 44 figures,2 tables and 94 references in this thesis.
