The existing mining sensors are mostly analog sensors. The signal transmission is susceptible to interference, and the data transmission reliability is poor.Meanwhile, the maintenance cost is high, and the information exchange between the sensors is impossible. So the requirements of the mine Internet of Things for the sensor cannot be met.Digitalization and network transformation are the only way for the development of mine Internet of Things. However, with the increase of digital networked sensor applications, the large number of data output by the sensor is easy to cause network congestion. The key to solving this problem is to reduce the number of data output by the sensor. The analog information converter(AIC)based on the compressed sensing theory transforms the traditional data acquisition into information acquisition, which provides a new designing idea for sensor data compression.Based on this, combined with the needs of digital and networked mining sensors, the following work has been carried out:1.Review the research status of compressed sensing theory and analog information converter, and clarify the research ideas and design goals of mining digital and networked vibration sensors based on compressed sensing. The theory of compressed sensing is studied. The theory is reviewed and analyzed from three aspects: sparse representation, observation matrix and reconstruction algorithm. The sparse representation method and reconstruction algorithm suitable for vibration signals are found.3.Analyze the existing AIC model, propose a random sampling equivalent observation matrix which is easy to implement in hardware, and further design a random sampling AIC implementation scheme suitable for mining vibration sensors.4.According to the designed AIC scheme, combined with the digitalization and network requirements of mining sensors, plan specific hardware and software design of the mine vibration sensor.5.Complete the physical production of the sensor, perform hardware debugging and software debugging on the sensor, check whether the overall effect of the sensor achieves the expected goal, and verify the feasibility of the designed AIC solution. After the above work, this paper verifies that the designed random sampling AIC scheme is feasible. This provides an example for the design of mine compressed sensing sensors and contributes to the construction of mine IOT.
