| As the main “transport tie” for coal mine mining sites and ground connections,mine hoisting equipment not only undertakes the tasks of transport personnel but also the main tools for transporting materials and small equipment.As a mechanical equipment directly related to safe production,it is of practical significance to carry out research on remote working condition monitoring systems.Through the monitoring of the working conditions of the key parts of the lifting equipment,the operation status of the equipment can be fully understood.When the equipment is out of normal operation,the abnormal data is adjusted and repaired in time,which can avoid accidents to the greatest extent and extend the working life of the equipment.Aiming at the problems of high cost,complicated wiring and unstable transmission in the monitoring system of mine hoisting equipment,this paper combines the expertise of many fields and carries out the all-wireless method based on the combination of ZigBee and GPRS.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Establish the overall structure of the mine lifting equipment working condition monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.This paper analyzesthe design goals of the system and the expected system functions,and establishes the overall architecture of the condition monitoring system based on the Internet of Things architecture and related key technologies involved.Then corresponding to each level of the Internet of Things architecture to carry out specific functional design(2)A wireless data processing data acquisition system based on ZigBee and sensor technology is built in the sensing layer as a data source for subsequent research work.The ZigBee module connects various sensors to the tested part of the braking system as the terminal node for data acquisition,and transmits the data in the form of a simple star network topology to the ZigBee coordinator node connected to the industrial computer through the standard ZigBee transmission protocol.The data receiving software is developed based on VB.It can receive data and display configuration using Kingview.This part also includes running abnormal alarms,database storage and so on.(3)Comprehensively consider various communication technology advantages at the network layer,and realize long-distance wireless data transmission of monitoring data through the GPRS module.The working condition data stored in the field server database is filtered,and the useful data is transmitted to the GPRS module through the serial port,and then the data packaged according to the specific format is transmitted to the remote data center via the GPRS network.(4)The application layer mainly realizes the graphical display of variousdata of the brake system and the efficient storage of the database.The data center software is also designed based on the VB language.They mainly complete the real-time receiving and clear display of the data sent remotely,and achieve the purpose of remote monitoring to improve the operation status of the equipment on the site.The database is used to store the classification of equipment condition data,and it is used as a data material for auxiliary diagnosis when the equipment fails.In addition,the data center also has remote configuration module parameters,automatic restart,disconnected reconnection and many other functions.(5)Experiments were carried out on the condition monitoring of the mine hoisting equipment brake system.Verify the feasibility of the system by building a simulated experimental platform and test the stability of the monitoring data transmission process.This paper will provide an important reference for the research of all-wireless lifting equipment condition monitoring system,which has application value. |
