The construction of sensor mine ensure system based on Internet of Things technology help to perceive people, equipment, environment comprehensively, enrich mine safety production management means, improve the mine perception to various risks and the ability of disaster. The paper mainly researches and discusses sensor mine ensure system with mathematical analysis methods and practical methods. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1) The paper analyzes the safety production accident situation of non-coal mine enterprise, summarizes the main problems the non-coal mine faced in our country, Puts forward the rely on new technology to solve the mine safety production problems in thinking, point out the necessity on sensor mine construction. The paper discusses the concepts, characteristics, key technology of sensor mine Internet of things and the open network architecture based on three-tier architecture of the Internet of things, proposes the sensor mine Internet of things application model.(2) The study has identified the WIFI+ZigBee-based Sensor network construction plan and the backbone transmission network construction plan based on Gigabit fiber Ethernet ring network, as well as the application service platform development based on Microsoft Silverlight and.net development environment. In the end, the functional requirement of11main application subsystem and network structure are determined.(3) On the base of the overall construction plan of sensor mine ensure system, we closely combine the specific safety production management situation and the information construction of Fan Kou Lead-Zinc, and complete its sensor mine ensure system construction requirement analysis, finally give a detailed design against to the each level main implementation technique of Fan Kou Lead-Zinc mine construction.(4) The paper establishes the evaluation index system of mine ensure system sensory ability, using the combination weighting method is more scientific and reasonable to determine the characteristics of target, on the basis of the theory of extenics to build mine ensure system sensory ability of extenics evaluation model for the mine.
