The Kyrgyz State is China's gateway to Central Asia and a critical node of the Silk Road Economic Belt.In the past 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Kyrgyzstan,the two countries have continuously deepened their mutual political trust and maintained close communication and cooperation in some major international affairs.China and Kyrgyzstan have signed a "One Belt,One Road" cooperation strategy to promote the development of a strategic partnership.This paper selects the development strategy research of Aotongke Co.,Ltd.as an example,analyzes and evaluates the development of the company's mining investment in China and Kyrgyzstan,and finally puts forward the proposal of enterprise development strategy selection.This paper starts with the industry environment and development strategy environment,adopts PEST analysis method,internal and external environmental analysis,and SWOT qualitative analysis of Aotongke Co.,Ltd.,and proposes the strategic choice for the development of Aotongke Co.,Ltd.According to the development environment and resource technology advantages of the company,the company's overall development strategy was proposed as an integration strategy,and the company's implementation of the integration strategy needs to be coordinated with the implementation of the competition strategy.Finally,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the company's strategy were put forward.Under the "Belt and Road" strategy,more and more Chinese companies are investing in Kyrgyzstan.Kyrgyzstan's national mineral resources have great potential,and there are apparent complementary advantages of resources with Chinese enterprises,and the cooperation prospect is broad.Research on the development strategy of Aotongke Co.,Ltd.,controlled by China Zijin Mining Group,has a reliable reference for overseas investment by Chinese companies,especially for Kyrgyzstan.
