Improvement Of Manufacturing Execution System(MES)and Applied Research In Tobacco Enterprises

Rapid development of information technology.China faces unprecedented opportunities and challenges in industrial development.The MES(Manufacturing Execution System)for precision manufacturing and agile production has been gradually developed into an important reform for industrial enterprises to modernize information technology content.Tobacco production industry,due to the impact of the market on the production management of the upper growing,making the program clearly not keep up with changes in the face of customer demanding delivery date,product modifications and orders continue to adjust the understanding of business decision-makers Control of production can not be fully relied on material and inventory returns,but should be based on the market and the actual status of the operation to develop plans.In this paper,S cig,arette factory management improvement and upgrading process as the basis,the cigarette factory business needs analysis and basic framework design,on this basis,the management of business information system analysis and process design,in contrast to a variety of typical MES framework,an integrated framework of MES system was established,the direction and orientation of MES system improvement were studied,and the overall function model,data flow and system platform of MES improvement system were analyzed.The paper mainly discusses the implementation of the improvement framework of tobacco companies.According to the scope and steps of improving the framework,it develops the technology platform of the development platform,selects the corresponding technology platform,further studies the technical route of MES data platform and completes the MES and MES Finally,the measures to be taken in the implementation of MES improvement framework are discussed.Based on actual production,the existing problems are systematically optimized,the manufacturing execution system of tobacco enterprises is realized,and the improved MES system is adopted The actual production of its feasibility has been verified.
