Bird collision is an unavoidable major impact on flight safety for the aviation industry.However,so far,only the manual inspection of the state of the bird-removing equipment has been carried out.This method cannot grasp the state of the bird-repelling equipment in real time and consumes human resources.In view of the current problem of bird repelling in the airport,the bird-repelling equipment often fails to work because of the high temperature,low voltage,and insufficient pressure,and it is impossible to detect whether the bird-removing equipment works successfully.A STM32-based method is proposed.Remote monitoring system.The system uses embedded STM32 as the core of control and data processing,collects the output signals of temperature sensor,pressure sensor,sound sensor and power supply voltage signal,and adds window and FFT processing to the collected sound signal to extract the signal in the spectrum.The maximum modulus value is used to upload the collected data and processing result to the host computer through ZigBee technology,and complete the communication between the upper computer and the lower computer.The work of this paper is intended to provide a basis for the productization of the system.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The monitoring system based on STM32F303VCT6 is designed to measure the voltage,temperature,pressure and sound.The wireless transmission method based on ZigBee technology can realize the remote real-time monitoring of the working status of the bird-removing equipment.2.In the process of processing the sound signal,the spectrum leakage and the error are relatively large for the fast Fourier transform.Firstly,each window function is simulated in Matlab to select the best window function,and then the method of adding Hamming window is adopted in STM32F303.Improve to reduce spectrum leakage.3.The bird-repelling system information management software is designed on the host computer,and different system forms are designed according to the actual requirements,including the login interface,user management interface,and system operation interface.In the system,the user information can be managed,and the operation of the lower computer can be remotely controlled,real-time data can be received and displayed on the host computer.4.Measurement experiments and data comparison experiments on voltage,temperature,sound and other parameters.The measurement results show that the system can realize remote real-time monitoring of voltage,temperature and sound parameters of bird repelling equipment.
