Construction Of Green Tea Processing Machinery Database

Green tea production and processing has a long history in China.Tea machinery is an important material carrier in tea production process.In recent years,tea machinery manufacturing enterprises have been growing rapidly.The standards of tea processing machinery produced by different enterprises are different,and the models are various,which brings inconvenience to the design and use of tea machines for relevant enterprises and scientific researchers.In order to realize the standardization,serialization and generalization of tea processing machinery,this paper analyzed and collated the relevant information of green tea processing machinery,inputs the data into the database,and constructs the green tea processing machinery database with Visual Basic 6.0 as the front-end control interface and Access 2010 as the back-end database.This paper mainly carries out E-R diagram analysis and function design of the database from four aspects:research background,development environment,development tools and overall structure.The purpose is to realize the scientific management of green tea processing machinery information and the data sharing services of agricultural production,scientific research and teaching.Specific research contents are as follows:1.Collection and collation of data related to common green tea processing machinery in China.This paper mainly collects the technical parameters of general green tea processing machinery and relevant information about its production area distribution(mainly product type,motor power,shape size and production efficiency),and collates,analyses and summarizes them,mainly including tea fixation machine,tea carding machine,tea twisting machine,tea drying machine,tea roasting machine and related information of manufacturers provide data basis for the construction of green tea processing machinery database.2.This paper chooses VB 6.0 and Access 2010 as the development tools of green tea processing machinery database,uses ADODC graphical control in ADO data access component,VB 6.0 and Access 2010 database are effectively linked,and the data are integrated into an application software to complete the functions of data storage,query,addition and deletion.The database software focuses on the simplicity of its interface and the convenience of its operation.Through on-the-spot investigation,consulting relevant books,searching for network sharing resources and other methods,combined with the existing research results of green tea processing machinery,it provides information sources for the construction of green tea processing machinery database.The main functions are as follows:(1)Query the relevant technical parameters of green tea processing machinery.That users can have a more detailed comparison of different types of tea machines produced by different manufacturers,which is convenient for users to compare and provide theoretical basis for rational selection.(2)Information inquiry of green tea processing machinery manufacturers.It is convenient for users to have in-depth understanding and comparison among different manufacturers of tea machinery of the same kind,so as to provide reference for rational selection.(3)Green tea processing machinery physical picture inquiry.It is convenient for users to form a concrete physical impression on various tea machinery,and provides a realistic basis for rational selection.(4)The database software also provides functions of adding,modifying and deleting.It is easy to operate,fast,practical and convenient to maintain and upgrade the database software.
