Compared with small molecule organic field effect transistors,polymer organic field effect transistors have many advantages,such as light weight,simple preparation,and low cost which has attracted w ide attention from industry and academia.They are constantly exploring and trying to make it become the current research hotspot.In this paper,the performance of devices is improved by optimizing the morphology of P3H T films.Flrstly,different preparation methods of organic thin films will affect the morphology of the films.In this paper,three kinds of methods are used to prepare P3HT films.Through analysis:and comparison,the optimal preparation method was determined.Secondly,different spin-coating speeds and annealing temperatures will affect device performance.The experimental results show that when P3HT is prepared at 1400 rpm and annealing temperature of 70?,the device has good performance.However,it was found through observation that the film has pores,which affects the continuity of the film..In this paper,Two methods are used to solve this problem.One method is to use PMMA as a polymer modification layer.Based on the optimal parameters of P3HT OFET,PMMA is fabricated by spin coating method.When the annealing temperature is 100?,the carrier mobility of the device is nearly an order of magnitude higher than that of the unmodified P3HT film,and the morphology of the P3HT film is also signifeantiy improved by analyzing the electrical characteristics of the device and the morphology of the film.Another way is to add PS to P3HT.Based on the optimal parameters of P3HT OFET,the relationship between different doping ratios and device performance was explored.The moriphologies of the films obtained at different doping ratios are different,and the performane of the devices is also different.When the ratio of P3HT to PS is 1:1,the electrical performance of the device is better.The quality of the organic film is improved by both methods,and the device performance is also increased,which provides a guiding direction for subsequent research and analysis.
