With the new concept of developing low-carbon economy and the gradual enhancement of public awareness of environmental protection,green flexographic printing press has become one of the most important printing equipment in the printing and packaging industry.The central impression cylinder is the core component of the satellite flexographic press,and its vibration characteristics directly affect the quality of the printings.In this paper,the "E Fly" full servo satellite flexographic press is taken as the research object.The finite element simulation analysis and experimental modal analysis of the central impression cylinder are carried out respectively,the optimization and improvement scheme of the central impression cylinder is obtained based on the calculation results.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the structure of satellite flexographic press and central impression cylinder,the three-dimensional model of central impression cylinder is established and simplified.The finite element model of central impression cylinder was obtained after material setting and meshing with finite element analysis software.(2)The simulation analysis is carried out by finite element software.Through the static analysis,modal analysis,fluid-solid coupling modal analysis and dynamic characteristic analysis of the cylinder,the maximum deformation,natural frequencies and mode shapes of the cylinder are obtained.The reference for design of experimental modal scheme is provided.(3)Based on the principle of experimental modal analysis,the scheme design of the central impression cylinder test system and the construction of the test bench are completed.The natural frequencies and modal shapes of the cylinder are obtained through four modal parameter identification methods.The results of the experimental modal and the analytical modal analysis are compared,the error causes are analyzed.A theoretical basis for the optimization and improvement of the cylinder is provided.(4)Based on the two results of finite element simulation and experimental modal analysis,the optimum design scheme of the structure is designed,and the optimum cylinder structure is determined.The fluid-solid coupling modal analysis is carried out.Compared with the original structure,the rigidity and strength of central impression cylinder are improved significantly,and the expected target of optimization and improvement is achieved.
