With the development of the national science and technology and industrial level,the modern manufacturing automation required automation,high precision,high quality requirements to machining.The scholars at home and abroad increasingly noticed the influence of machine tool thermal error for the machining accuracy.Hot state characteristics of machine tool research increasingly become the focus of international experts study.Different parts of machine tool,in the process of machining,effected by radiant heat and friction heat,ambient temperature,and other comprehensive of heat source,they diversified the temperature field of different positions and thermal deformation under the interaction eventually lead to machining error,therefore,study on temperature field,thermal deformation hot state characteristics of NC machine tools is very necessary.This subject mainly researched and analyzed the thermal characteristics of NC machine tool problem through experiments,this paper main research content is:(1)Detected the position error of X axis and Z axis based on VMT80 milling compound machining center,the thermal error compensated through the human-computer interaction on the basis of detection and obtained a certain effect.In addition,measured and modeled for the thermal deformation error of machining center workbench and layers of water cooling system is applied to the torque motor,so as to reduce the thermal deformation of the workbench and the thermal error,improve the machining accuracy.(2)Detected and analyzed the position error of X axis and Z axis based on Baoji machine tool plant 45° inclined CNC,the thermal error compensated through the human-computer interaction on the basis of detection and obtained a certain effect,and the position error was controlled within 10 um through hollow water cooling method on the X axis screw so that the machining accuracy of machine tool greatly improved,the position error of Z axis obviously reduced half by pitch error compensation,detected the axial movement and radial runout error of lathe spindle,lathe spindle system,using the Japanese advanced technology to extend,reduced the spindle maximum momentum to 16 um(3)Measured and analyzed thermal state performance of the Z axis position error,such as the heat source,temperature field and thermal deformation,based on FANUC CNC machine,studied the different heat temperature field of the influence of position error on machining precision and its change rule(positioning error all the year round),position error decreased by modifying the CNC program to compensate through the human-computer interaction based on measurement.
