The introduction of water hydraulic technology into the three-purpose valve of the core parts of single hydraulic prop is an important measure to realize the green and safe mining of coal mine,but the water medium also has some disadvantages,such as strong corrosiveness and so on,which leads to serious friction and wear of valve core.Water hydraulic technology is one of the important factors that hinder the application of water hydraulic technology in coal supporting equipment.In order to solve the problems of poor lubrication and friction and wear of the three-function valve,the friction and wear between the valve core and the valve sleeve are solved by using the water pressure three-use valve as the carrier and referring to the characteristics of the surface micro-texture technology in the process of reducing wear and lubrication.In this paper,the lubrication and anti-wear effects of different micro-molding parameters on the valve core friction pair are studied with the water pressure valve core friction pair as the research object.The influence of micro-texture on the stability of dynamic lubrication capacity was studied by setting different micro-texture arrays on the valve core.The main contents are as follows:?1?the characteristics of dynamic pressure lubrication between Reynolds and N-S equation spool friction pair are studied,and the micro-texture model of spool friction pair is built.The lubrication performance of valve core friction pair based on Reynolds equation is analyzed by MATLAB software.With the help of CFD software,the hydrodynamic lubrication characteristics between the friction pairs of spool were analyzed,and the bearing capacity,direction and clearance of valve core were studied.?2?the influence of different parameters on the dynamic lubrication performance of the three-purpose valve core and the interaction between the parameters on the dynamic pressure lubrication of the valve core friction pair are analyzed by the interactive test method.The micro-texture clearance?liquid film thickness?,micro-shape morphology,micro-texture radius,micro-texture depth,valve core moving speed,liquid film thickness and micro-texture depth and radius were analyzed.The influence of the interaction of moving velocity on the bearing capacity of the valve core micro-molding;The optimal scheme A3B3C3D1E3 is 15.5% higher than the maximum bearing capacity through interactive test.?3?Through the establishment of uniform cylindrical array,non-uniform variable depth array and non-uniform variable density array model,the ANSYS-CFD was used to simulate and analyze the influence of uniform array and non-uniform array on the stability of dynamic lubrication bearing capacity between the spool friction pairs.The dynamic lubrication bearing capacity between the valve core friction pairs was analyzed with the change of input pressure and velocity.The effects of different micro-forming arrays on the dynamic lubrication bearing capacity of the valve core friction pair and the wall shear force of the valve core micro-texture model were analyzed under different Micro-texture parameters.Figure[64]table[9]reference[78].
