Mine heat hazard seriously affects the safety,health and production of miners.Evaluating the mine thermal environment comprehensively and accurately is of great significance for creating a comfortable working environment and ensuring the miners'safety and health.In this paper,from the effect of thermal environment on human body,a Gagge two-node model suitable for miners is established,and a reasonable evaluation index is selected to evaluate the thermal environment of Huipodi Coal Mine.Firstly,the Gagge two-node model is widely used in indoor thermal environment of ground buildings.It is introduced into mine thermal environment and improved in the following aspects:clothing thermal resistance,clothing wet resistance,convection heat exchange factors,evaporation heat transfer coefficient,breathing heat dissipation,and the simplified calculation of heat convection and radiation heat transfer.Therefore,a Gagge two-node model suitable for miners is obtained,and the improved MATLAB calculation program is compiled.Secondly,classifies the dry bulb temperature,wet bulb temperature,Kata,and wet bulb blackball temperature as direct index,and the operating temperature,thermal stress index,and equivalent temperature as theoretical index,the integrated temperature,synthesis temperature,resulting temperature,effective temperature,new effective temperature,standard effective temperature,predicted average value and predicted dissatisfaction as experimental experience index.According to the different sources of indexes,this paper re-adjusts some indexes,and distinguishes and defines the two concepts of equivalent temperature and effective temperature,effective temperature,new effective temperature and standard effective temperature.Thirdly,the correlation between PMV,tB,tz,teff,SET and the related variables was statistically analyzed using SPSS software.The results show that the Spearman correlation coefficient of the SET index is 0.970,and the determination coefficient is 0.883,which is the highest value among the five evaluation indexes.It can correctly predict the actual thermal sensation.Therefore,the SET index has high reliability and can be used for mine thermal environment evaluation.Finally,the improved Gagge two-node model and SET are applied to the thermal environment evaluation in Huipodi Coal Mine.The results showed that there is a positive correlation between skin temperature and metabolic rate,and the variation trend of skin temperature is consistent with that of dry and wet bulb temperature.The appropriate critical skin temperature is 31.231.9?in Huipodi Coal Mine;miners with different metabolic rates have different thermal sensations;from the calculation of SET value,the thermal environment of the mining face is better than the heading face.Therefore,the improved Gagge two-node model and SET index can reasonably evaluate the actual situation of the mine thermal environment,which provides a new method for the evaluation of mine thermal environment.
