With the increase of underground mining equipment and the improvement of comprehensive mechanization degree,underground heat and head released from underground equipment to the air greatly increase;At the same time,with the increase of mining depth,hot water released from rock crevice or high temperature surrounding rocks in contact with hot water increases,resulting in the rise of underground temperature and humidity.Hot and humid environment not only reduces the safety production efficiency of mining,but also affects the physical and mental health of miners.The research contents of this paper on the impact of hot and humid environment on labor efficiency are as follows:(1)The thesis carried out a test experiment on the physiological,psychological and behavioral indexes of miners under the hot and humid environment of high temperature and high humidity mines.The temperature was set at five ranges of 23?26?,27?30?,31?34?,35?38?,39?42?,the humidity was set at 60%-70%,70%-80% and 80%-90%,and the wind speed was set at 0.5m/s,1.5m/s and 2.5m/s.The physiological,psychological and behavioral index of 50 miners were measured after working for a period of time in different environments.Objective(physiological)indicators were studied from six parts,including core temperature,skin temperature,heart rate,blood pressure,sweat volume and metabolic rate.Subiective sensations(psychological indicators)are expressed by thermal sensations,wet sensations,and fatigue.Behavioral characteristics include reactions strength,attention,and arm strength.(2)Quantitative analysis of the influence mechanism of the hot and humid environment on the physiological,psychological and behavioral indexes of miners was carried out.The change trend of miners' physiological,psychological and behavioral indicators under different temperatures,humidity and wind speeds is analyzed,and it is proved that the influence of wind speeds on the physiological,psychological and behavioral indexes of the human body is significantly different.(3)Correlation and regression andlysis of physiological,psychological and behavioral indexes of miners were carried out,and a model of the relationship between behavioral indexes and labor efficiencyin a hot and humid environment was constructed.System summarizes the physiological,psychological and behavioral ability the regression equation of the mutual influence and labor efficiency evaluation index is obtained by factor analysis,based on the evaluation index by using discriminant analysis predict whether miners in efficiency limit,the tunneling engineering drilling productivity instead of labor efficiency,it is concluded that hot and humid environment influence on work efficiency,and establish the hot and humid environment behavior index and labor efficiency entirely.Through the study of this paper,the changes of physiological,psychological and behavioral responses of miners in hot and humid environment can be identified.The relationship between physiology,psychology and behavior in hot and humid environment;And the influence of hot and humid environment on labor efficiency.In this way,it can provide effective basic data and relevant theories for mining enterprises and carry out reasonable safety control,so as to improve the safe production level of underground high-temperature operation and ensure the health and safety of miners.
