Abstract:With the increase of mining depth and mining intensity, thermal and humid environment of mines have become a growing problem. Human thermal comfort in mines is getting worse, the health of miners and the safety production of mines are seriously threatened. An accurate evaluation of the human thermal comfort degree in mines can provide basic data for taking mine cooling measures and preventive measures, and it plays an important role to ensure the safety production in mines. The paper include the following aspects:(1) Through the survey of mine special thermal environment and statistical analysis of the existing literatures, the influencing factors of human thermal comfort in mine were synthetically analyzed from the aspects of the mine thermal environment, human itself and so on. These factors provide a basis to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation model of human thermal comfort in mines.(2) The environmental parameters and miners feeling indexes of different stages in Dongguashan copper mine were collected through environmental parameter measurements and questionnaires. The equivalent temperature (ET) and integrated temperature (TZ) were fitted to miners subjective feelings indicators and mine depth. The mine average critical depth and the average critical thermal stress index were calculated by matlab and compared with the domestic and international existing indexes.(3) The temperature, humidity, wind speed, lighting, vibration, dust, noise of mines from thermal environment, dress feeling, physiological fatigue, and unsafe psychological indexes from human oneself were selected as human thermal comfort evaluation indexes, then the comprehensive evaluation index system of human thermal comfort was established. According to the principle of step hierarchical structure, the whole evaluation structure was divided into three progressive levels: contained target layer, criterion layer and index layer.(4) Different uncertain information (e.g., random information, fuzzy information, gray information and uncertain information) which exists in human thermal comfort in mine environment comprehensive evaluation and introduced the unascertained theory in detail were analyzed. Based on the principle of error analysis, the uncertain information source from data acquisition error, data processing error, human error, and manifestation of uncertain information from data were discussed. Aiming at the established comprehensive evaluation index system and different kinds of uncertain information, the evaluation model of human thermal comfort in mines was established. Human thermal comfort indexes were classified based on some related regulations. For the difference between quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes, unascertained measure function were established respectively and single index measure model and multiple index measure model were constructed, and then the human thermal comfort was judged by confidence discriminant method.(5) The application software based on uncertained measurement theory was compiled and used in Dongguashan copper mine, and the human thermal comfort degree of different stages were obtained. The evaluation results were conformed well to the above calculation results. Results show that the unascertained measure model is of excellent practicality and accuracy. It can be widely applied to the human body thermal comfort evaluation in mine thermal environment.
