Underground water bin is the main component of mine water treatment system and the important guarantee of mine safety production.At present,in-situ dewatering is mostly used in the cleaning of silo coal slime.The dewatered coal slime is carried away by a mine car,and the water pump is used to remove the ground from the dewatered coal slime.Compared with other solid-liquid separation equipment,the stacked screw type sludge dewatering machine has the characteristics of non-clogging,low energy consumption,small volume,high automation and so on,which is suitable for the dewatering treatment of coal slime in well launching bunker.At the same time,the screwdriver can also be used in the treatment of domestic sewage,food processing and many other fields.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on laminated screw machines,but to static The influence of the ring deformation on the solid-liquid separation effect of the superposed screw machine,the influence of the change of the screw pitch on the solid-liquid separation effect,the change of the rotating speed of the spiral screw machine when it is working,and the vibration of the spiral shaft will also be caused by the change of the rotational speed.This will have a certain effect on the solid-liquid separation characteristics of the screw machine,and the above-mentioned problems are also the focus of the researchers.It can be seen that the research on the above problems is of great significance to the improvement of the theory of the screwdriver.When the screw-stacking machine is working,friction will occur between the screw blade and the moving ring of the screw-stacking machine,and friction will also have a certain effect on the solid-liquid separation characteristics of the screw-stacking machine.In this paper,the research and analysis of the above problems are carried out,and the anti-blocking and cleaning function of the vibrating dynamic-dynamic ring filter of the screwdriver is studied.The experimental results show that the moving ring of the screwdriver has a strong driving force when working,which can effectively promote the removal of slime particles from the filter clearance,and then can effectively deal with the problem of filter mesh blockage.In addition,when the screwdriver is working,there will be reciprocating movement between the dynamic and dynamic rings,which also cleans up the filter screen.It's good for you.Compared with the traditional static and static filter,the former can effectively reduce the wear between the screw blade and the moving ring due to the operation of the screwdriver,so it can also improve the service life of the screwdriver.In the process of operation,the static ring deformation may be caused by the static ring force,which will also affect the post-maintenance of the static ring.Therefore,this paper analyzes and studies the different mechanical conditions of the static ring.Through practice,it is found that there will be different deformation problems in the static ring under different loading conditions,and the effective solution to the deformation problem of the static ring is put forward.The improved static ring is compared with the traditional static ring.The experimental results show that the improved static ring can not only meet the working requirements of the screwdriver,but also reduce the weight of the improved static ring obviously compared with the traditional static ring.Therefore,it can effectively reduce the installation and maintenance of the work difficulty.In order to investigate the solid-liquid separation characteristics of screw stacker with different pitches,the flow field of screw pitch under 78 mm,135 mm and 190 mm was simulated by using particle-phase and liquid-phase two-phase fluid models.The effects of solid-liquid separation of screw stacker with different pitches were compared and analyzed,including the velocity distribution of particles,the difference distribution of internal and external pressure of porous media,etc.The results of solid-liquid separation of multi-pitch superimposed screw machines are compared and analyzed,including the velocity distribution of particles and the distribution of pressure difference between inner and outer porous media.The results show that the numerical simulation results can accurately predict the internal flow characteristics of the screw extruding dewatering device of the screw stacking machine.The screw extrusion dewatering device of the spiral extruding machine with 135 mm pitch is relative to that of the screw extruding dewatering device under the pitch of 1.The working efficiency of 90 mm pitch is increased by 7.9%,and the particle volume fraction of slag outlet decreases by 3.2% under 78 mm pitch,and the optimum pitch is calculated by the above data,and the specific value is 135 mm.At the same time,the rotating speed of the screw stack machine is 50 r / min,and the pressure of the slag outlet is calculated to be 5 000 Pa.In this paper,the spiral screw machine is chosen as the research object,and the working condition of the screw shaft is analyzed and studied,and the vibration test is carried out on it.In this paper,the deformation of spiral shaft under different strength and rotating speed is studied.In addition,the modal calculation and analysis of the actual operation of the helical axis are carried out under the static condition.The experimental results show that the resonance phenomenon will not occur because the natural frequency is not close to the meshing frequency of the reducer when the screw shaft of the superposed screw machine is working.It is also proved that the improvement of spiral axis in this paper is reasonable.
