In recent years,with the promotion of the strategy of "Internet plus",e-commerce has begun to rise rapidly.traditional and emerging purchasing modes have been deeply integrated and promoted.Enterprises enter the electronic market rapidly,resulting in increasingly fierce competition.More and more enterprises enter the e-commerce platform to meet customers' purchasing needs,so does the office supplies market.Under the background of increasingly fierce online procurement of office supplies,some stationery and office supplies companies changed their business mode,customized integrated package sales scheme for stationery and office supplies system for customers,and went offline to communicate with large enterprises and users,signed purchase strategic agreements,adopted package purchase sales mode,and increased market competitive advantage.The case company is one of the largest stationery and office supplies sales enterprises,which has been in the front of the times.It has carried out transformation for a long time.It has changed its target from online sporadic sales to systematic mass sales with enterprises as customers,and achieved excellent sales performance.However,with the strategic transformation,the original performance system is not enough to meet the needs of performance appraisal.Therefore,we need to customize a set of performance evaluation system in line with the strategic development goals of the enterprise.This article takes the strategic transformation of the case company as the starting point.According to the strategic objectives of the case company,a set of performance evaluation system is reconstructed for the case company based on the Balanced Scorecard theory.The case company can understand its operation and strategy implementation.This paper first introduces the problems,determines the research ideas,and makes a literature review of the current domestic and foreign performance methods;secondly,studies the use methods,the significance of the four dimensions,the scope of use and other contents of the Balanced Scorecard;thirdly,researches the case company,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the strategic company;fourthly,according to the company's strategic objectives and development Presentation refining four dimensions of performance indicators;fifth,determine the performance weight of each dimension of indicators,calculate the final performance evaluation results,and compare with the original performance system.This is reflected in the advantages of the Balanced Scorecard performance mode adopted by the case company,and the suggestions on the smooth implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in the case company.The research results of this paper are of great significance.First,it provides a set of performance evaluation system with comprehensive evaluation indicators and close relationship with the company's strategic development for the case company;second,it has a guiding role in the direction of strategic implementation for the case company;third,the research results can be used as a reference and reference for the company with the same development strategy in other industries to improve the performance evaluation system.
