Environmental protection concept has been deeply rooted among the people in China with the strongly support to the environmental enterprises in recent years.China has stepped into the “environmental” society and a great number of newly environmental enterprises are springing up which lead to the fierce competition among the enterprises.Market segmentation is becoming more obvious that forced the enterprise to focus on the change of performance management so as to raise the core competitive power of enterprises meanwhile enlarge their market shares.Tianjin A enterprise is one of emerging environmental protection enterprise specializing food scrap recycling and decomposition for 0 years,its traditional performance management which is in the center of finance has limited the development of the enterprise.The thesis adopted the balance score card theory from performance management and the practical experience in the process of development.It is used with questionnaire method based on the actual situation,points out and provides analysis on the internal management issues of the enterprise,stressing on the human resources management system research such as low educational background of the management team in general,management philosophy is far behind,performance management system that limits the development of the enterprise.Make full use of SWOT analysis under the balance score card so as to get the cause and effect relationship from 4 perspective questions in the enterprise.The purpose is to help Tianjin A enterprise to set up its performance management system that is in line with new environmental protection mode and finally raise the core competitiveness and overall management level of the A enterprise.The thesis adopted the combination of theory and practice method,combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,provided new thinking and advice on how to adjust the enterprise internal performance management system after the in-depth analysis of challenges and opportunities A enterprise were facing.
