In recent years,the research of wet cloth dynamic simulation technology has received more and more attention,but most of the results are for fabric and liquid interaction,while the wet cloth on the contact surface movement simulation is still imperfect,not only the lack of an universal force model,current technology does not take into account the impact of moisture on the force of the fabric,and therefore can not simulate the movement of the wet cloth under different humidity conditions.In this thesis,a simulation method based on physics is proposed to study the dynamic of wet cloth on contact surface with air effects and humidity,and we get a variety of realistic simulation results for the movement of wet cloth under different humidity conditions.The main research contents and achievements of this thesis include:(1)A pressure difference calculation model considering air permeability and humidity of the fabric is proposed.For the parts where the wet cloth is pulled away from the contact surface,we consider the pressure difference between the outside atmosphere and the gas that is wrapped by the pulled up cloth.And gas may also infiltrate from the outside during the pulling up process,the infiltration rate is related to the air permeability,while different humidity affects the degree of the permeability.Therefore,the pressure difference calculation model is a dynamic model.(2)A humidity-related adsorption force calculation model is proposed.For the bonding parts of the fabric and the contact surface,due to the formation of a liquid bridge causing by the water,air pressure in the liquidbridge is much smaller than the external pressure,and also with the liquid surface tension,we establish an adsorption force model.We also consider the influence of humidity on the adsorption force and introduce it into the calculation of friction.(3)Based on the pressure difference model and the adsorption force model related to humidity,we establish the moisture-related wet cloth dynamic model.and the simulation for the movement of the cloth on the contact surface under different humidity conditions is realized.(4)According to the physical model,we not only simulate the movement of the wet cloth under different humidity conditions,but also compare it with the movement of the real fabric to verify our simulation results.The experiments of qualitative and quantitative comparison show that our simulated results can accurately simulate the movement of wet cloth pulling,dragging and covering dynamic,as well as the contrast between different materials.In different humidity conditions,the effects of the air pressure difference and adsorption force have obvious contrast,which is more consistent with the physical facts,showing high correctness and accuracy.So this is a great improvement compared with the previous research.
