In many industrial textiles,awning cloth has a large proportion,is widely used in variousoccasions.Today,military tents has become a large class of important products in militaryand defense textiles,at the same time,with the development of society,the rise oftourism,tent is essential when people live in the wild,would like to build their ownindependent security of personal space.But the temperature and humitidy inside the tent isnot protected,vulnerable to the outdoor environment,which requires us on the basis of theawning cloth permeability to change the temperature and humidity inside the tent, and thusplay a role in improving people’s living environment.The main research topic is: the awning cloth structure parameters on the tent insidetemperature and humidity effects, it is necessary to test a variety of fabric properties suchas permeability, moisture,porosity and pore size,so as to choose a gradient of a certainamount of fabric air permeability,at the same time, through the principle of double tents,determine the distance between tent and awning cloth,formulates the correspondingcontrast experiment.As a result of our country climate diversification, the subject of thespring, summer, autumn and winter of four cases the tent interior temperature and humiditytest, to determine the four cases in which, can satisfy people to live the people’s livingenvironment of the awning cloth related parameters. Not only that, considering ourexperimental environment is in the outdoor,the awning cloth also should have certainmechanical properties and resistance to weather. Through previous research discovery,inmany of the chemical fiber, polyester fiber has good mechanical properties, we applied thesame density parameters are different through holes weaving, is mainly six and six throughholes in the organization, eight and changes in eight through hole structure, ten andchanges in ten through hole and the through hole organization diamond, from whichdetermine the appropriate parameters of the awning cloth.This topic in the test structure on the canopy net mechanical properties found inexperiment, ten gold openwork performance better. At the same time, the temperature andhumidity in the experiment, mainly from the organizational structure, and the distancebetween the awning cloth and tents, and different amount of permeability with differentcover from the combination of the three aspects to carry on the experiments,find a canopycovering the ventilation capacity is6000L/m~2.s, covering distance of20cm, can makeinside the canopy temperature and humidity appropriate in spring; in the cold winter, whenthe awning cloth ventilating volume is2000L/m~2.s, covering distance of10cm, can makethe external cold air less into the canopy, while maintaining the proper humidity. From the experimental results, the awning cloth has certain heat moisture performance,which not only improves the people in the outdoor living environment, but also reduce thewaste of resources, make the tent has a longer service life. Therefore, the development ofsuitable for people living in the awning cloth is very important, and the foreground isconsiderable.
