The entrained-flow gasifier in which biomass and coal are co-gasified usually adopts liquid slagging technology.When biomass and coal are mixed with different proportions of biomass,the ash composition and the trend of ash and slag flow characteristics will become more complex.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct experimental research on the mineral transformation and high temperature flow characteristics of ash after different biomass and coal are co-gasified.In order to achieve the gasifier wall of the smooth slag,slag hanging,slag discharge,ensures the safe operation of the purpose of the boiler.In this paper,shenhua bituminous coal is taken as the main research object.Fusibility characteristics of ash samples co-gasified by rice straw,corn straw and shenhua bituminous coal in different proportions were tested in a weak reduction atmosphere,and analyzed by combining Scanning Electron Microscope and FactSage.In the process of discovery,the fusibility characteristic temperature of rice straw mixed gasification ash added to shenhua bituminous coal would be first obvious decrease,then slightly increase and then continuously decrease with the increase of the additional proportion.Quartz and calcium feldspar transform to diopside as the straw addition ratio increases.As the proportion of corn straw added to shenhua bituminous coal increases,the ash fusibility point will first increase and then continue to decrease.With the increase of the additive ratio of corn straw in mixed gasification,the conversion of calcium feldspar to diopside and leucite.With the increase in the proportion of rice straw and corn straw,both of them can reduce the characteristic melting temperature of shenhua bituminous coal.Then,ash samples mixed gasification proportion of rice straw,corn straw and shenhua bituminous coal were selected to measure the viscosity in a weak reducing atmosphere with a high temperature viscometer.The main chemical composition of coal ash is related to mineral transformation by means of X-Ray Diffraction analysis and ternary phase diagram.Research has found that the straw with shenhua coal class in 9001200?in the process of biomass gasification area have more the existence of the solid phase.As the temperature increases,the liquid content increases,and SiO2will form feldspar minerals with a variety of CaO,K2O,MgO and Al2O3 metal oxides.Only when,more than 1500?area MgO styles,Al2O3,high melting point material,the liquid content of 90%.Shenhua coal and biomass straw class the best ratio of rice straw and corn straw 10%and 30%of liquid slag discharge effect is best,the critical temperature decreased 60?and 100?respectively.From the perspective of the influence of oxides in ash on the mechanism and the migration of minerals,this study explored the influence of the mixed gasification of rice,corn straw and shenhua bituminous coal in different proportions on the melting characteristics and viscosity-temperature characteristics of coal ash under the weak reduction atmosphere.In order to explore the best proportion of coal ash co-gasified by shenhua bituminous coal and straw biomass in entrained-flow gasifier,which can successfully hang slag and discharge slag,provide basic data reference and theoretical support for large-scale industrial application of shenhua bituminous coal and straw biomass mixed gasification.
