The Research On Improvement Methods Of Overall Equipment Effectiveness In Roll Grinding Machine Based On TPM

With the rapid development of China's steel industry in recent years,the problem of overcapacity has become particularly prominent.The era of low profit of steel enterprises will continue to exist for a long time.Digging and improving the production efficiency of production workshops has become a key factor affecting the survival and development of enterprises.TPM(Total Productive Maintenance),as a kind of equipment maintenance management theory developed in Japan,pursues the highest overall equipment effectiveness(OEE).The comprehensive management level of equipment is measured by OEE.By improving the OEE of existing equipment,the profitability of enterprises can be effectively improved.Based on the theoretical knowledge of TPM,this paper studied the influencing factors of OEE,and analyzed the relationship between the six losses and OEE.Taking the roll grinding machine of Ansteel as an example,this paper studied the improvement of OEE of the roll grinding machine in order to solve the shortage of production capacity of high precision roll grinding machine.Firstly,the composition and grinding principle of roll grinding machine were analyzed,and the OEE of roll grinding machine was analyzed through data collection and statistical analysis.Then,the key factors affecting the OEE of roll grinding machine were obtained by the Fish Bone Figure and the Pareto chart.After the research,the rapid mold changing technology and the equipment maintenance technology were applied to improve the time efficiency of the roll grinding machine,and the operation research technology was applied to improve the running rate of the roll grinding machine.The factors affecting the roll grinding quality were studied,and the quality improvement method was used to improve the qualified product rate.After practical application,the OEE of roll grinding machine has been achieved remarkably.After the implementation of the project in 2017 and 2018,the average OEE of the roll grinding machine has been increased from 56.1% to 75.4%,and the target of 13 roll grinding machines undertaking the original 18 roll grinding machines has been achieved.the number of employees in the operation position of roll grinding machine has been reduced by 20.The direct effect has been created by2.931 million yuan per year.The product quality stability has been further improved.
