With the rapid development of manufacturing industry,the competition of various industries is more and more incentive.Only by continuously improving efficiency and increasing benefits,can enterprises win a better development future.Under the premise of not purchasing new equipment,how to make the equipment play a higher efficiency,how to improve the quality status of enterprises,and how to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises become the main improvement goals of enterprises.This paper mainly takes the production equipment of prestressed steel strand in Z Company as the research object,takes improving the comprehensive efficiency of the equipment in the process of drawing and twisting as the research goal,and through the TPM management theory,aims to continuously promote the improvement and form the solidification.Firstly,the paper introduces the overall equipment effectiveness(OEE),total production maintenance(TPM)and other related theories,and forms the improvement ideas for Z company's equipment management.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of Z company,the most critical drawing and twisting process equipment in the production process of prestressed steel strand is selected as the research object.The OEE results are obtained by collecting the field data,and the comprehensive analysis is carried out from three aspects.Then,according to the analysis results,the improvement scheme is put forward: rapid die change of welding process,establishment of equipment point inspection system to improve the time start rate of equipment;short shutdown to improve the performance start rate of equipment;using the idea of experimental design and "man-machine material method ring" to improve the qualified product rate.Finally,aiming at the current situation of TPM management in Z company,this paper uses fishbone diagram analysis to establish lean TPM team,strengthen 6S management of workshop,form standardized equipment management system,and put forward the intelligent path of equipment management in Z Company in the future,so as to promote the realization of continuous improvement of equipment management.Through the operation of this article and the successive advancement of Z Company in 12 months,the overall equipment effectiveness of Z company's equipment has been continuously improved,and the expected goal has been achieved;the number of equipment failures has decreased from 1286 times per 100 hours to 825 times,and the improvement effect is remarkable;the equipment related lean indicators have reached the expected standard.The improvement effect shows the availability of the improvement scheme,which makes a demonstration for the whole company in the future.
