In recent years,the cigarette packaging industry has developed rapidly with the continuous improvement of cigarette production technology.With the continuous improvement of consumption level,people from all walks of life pay more attention to the inherent quality and packaging quality of cigarettes.At the same time,they pay more attention to the environmental protection and sustainability of cigarette packaging materials.Therefore,the cigarette packaging industry is constantly researching and searching for new materials and technologies that are more green,environmentally friendly and cost-effective.In recent years,biomass adhesives have attracted widespread attention because of their advantages such as non-VOCs,heavy metals and carcinogens,degradability in the environment,non-corrosiveness,non-pollution,environmental protection and so on.Starting from the actual production of enterprises,this paper puts forward a plan of using biomass adhesives as paper-based-metal adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper,and analyses its technical feasibility and environmental friendliness.In order to obtain the optimum technological parameters,the application of biomass adhesives to the composite technological parameters of cigarette pack lining paper was studied by orthogonal experiment.This paper mainly completes the following work:(1)In this paper,the current situation of composite technology,the use of traditional cigarette packaging adhesives and the research status of biomass adhesives were introduced and discussed.(2)This paper establishes a technical feasibility analysis model of using biomass adhesives as paper-based metal adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper.The feasibility of glue powder storage,glue preparation and existing equipment and process parameters were discussed and analyzed by qualitative analysis method.The analysis results showed that it was technically feasible to apply Yingtai ITG series special biomass adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper.(3)In this paper,an environment-friendly analysis model for the application of biomass adhesives as paper-based metal adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper was established.Through qualitative analysis,the environmental protection of components,the emission reduction characteristics of heavy metals and microorganisms,and the emission reduction characteristics of VOCs were discussed and analyzed.The analysis results showed that the application of Yingtai ITG series of special biomass adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper was environmentally friendly.(4)An orthogonal experiment of three factors and five levels was designed after improving the oven of the test equipment.According to the analysis results of six experimental indexes,a set of optimum technological parameters were obtained,i.e.the printing speed of the press was 120 m/min,the pressure of the rubber wheel on the press was 0.3 MPa,and the oven temperature of the press was 85-90-95-90-85~oC.(5)In order to verify the correctness of the process parameters obtained by orthogonal test,an experiment was designed to verify them.The experimental results show that the process parameters are correct and feasible,which lays a foundation for the application of biomass adhesives in the production of cigarette pack lining paper.
