The market requires that the cathode copper products of smelting enterprises must be clearly identified and meet the trade requirements of cathode copper products.Therefore,it is necessary to print the product's trademark,weight and bar code on the front of the bundled cathode copper plate.In order to meet the market demand,an enterprise first introduced the manual code-jet equipment,but there are some problems in the manual code-jet: fast change of code information,tedious manual adjustment,low efficiency and accuracy,and high labor intensity of workers.After that,the company introduced fixed position automatic spraying code equipment,but there are many problems in the application of this equipment to cathode copper spraying code:qualified copper plate surface may also have some defects such as a small amount of cerium nails or a small amount of longitudinal stripes produced by electrolysis,although these minor defects do not affect the normal sales and use of products,but if it is right in the spraying code position,it will lead to no spraying code information.Clear,barcode can not be recognized and other issues.At the same time,the structural stability of the equipment may be insufficient in the working process.In order to solve the above problems,this paper aims to develop a new type of cathode copper automatic spraying equipment,which can automatically detect and identify the best spraying position on the cathode copper surface and has better mechanical structure,and optimize the structure and topology of some moving components,so as to make the new equipment have better performance.Finally,the control part of the whole system is designed,and the product information is sprayed to the best spray code position detected by the whole spray code system controlled by PLC.The research contents of this paper are as follows: Firstly,the overall structure and layout of the automatic code-jet system are designed,and the relevant hardware of the system is selected according to the actual conditions of the project to ensure that the image can be collected to meet the detection needs;secondly,the image processingtechnology is studied,and the automatic detection system is designed on the MATLAB platform;secondly,aiming at the current machine of code-jet equipment.The existing problems in structure are analyzed,and a more reasonable structure is designed.The performance of the new structure is analyzed and compared with that of the old equipment.Topology optimization of some moving components is carried out to make it more reliable and high quality.Finally,control system is developed,control program is designed,database is designed,and a whole set of automatic code-jet system is developed.
